ATS Advantage sits in Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014. ATS Greens Advantage 1 describes Phase I as Indirapuram on NH-24, 858 apartments, clubhouse, pool, gym, sports courts, children’s play, rainwater harvesting and 24/7 power.
Housing.com splits Phase 1 and Phase 2; 99acres describes 23 towers and 24 floors. Acreage is listed as 12 acres on Magicbricks and 24 acres on 99acres. Until GDA or society papers settle it, we state both and stop.
Possession dates on portals are May 2012 or November 2014. Either way, families have lived here for years.

Portal / brochure specs: vitrified tiles; kitchen counters often granite-polished. Individual resale flats vary after owner work.
Doors & windows
Flush doors; hardwood or UPVC frames. As listed on 99acres project specs. Confirm the unit you visit.

Branded sanitaryware named on older brochures (Parryware / Cera class). Renovated flats differ.
Electrical
Copper wiring and modular switches in original specs; TV/phone points in rooms.
Lifts & power
Lifts to all floors; generator backup for lifts and common areas (ATS / portal copy).
Security
Video surveillance, perimeter security, lobby CCTV and fire systems appear on the 99acres specification sheet.
ATS Infrastructure
The society was developed by ATS Infrastructure Limited (ATS Group). Corporate office listed on ATS’s site: ATS Tower, Plot 16, Sector 135, Noida. This website is a resale and rent desk, not ATS sales.
